What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, business type (if you choose one) and your message.

Call bookings: when you book a call through Cal.com, your name, email address and time zone,
plus anything you add to the booking form. Cal.com handles this under its own
privacy policy.
- WhatsApp and email: whatever you choose to send us there.
Cookies and tracking
This website doesn’t use any analytics or tracking cookies, and we don’t track you across other websites.
How we use your information
Only to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to deliver your project. We never sell your
information or share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Where it’s stored
Contact form messages are passed on by FormSubmit to our inbox at hexoflowz@gmail.com.
We don’t save them in a separate database, and we only keep them for as long as we need them for your enquiry
or project.
Third parties we use
The website is hosted by Vercel, and form messages are passed on by FormSubmit and arrive in Google’s Gmail. These services see
technical details such as your IP address in order to do that job. The site’s font is served from this
website itself, so loading a page doesn’t contact Google Fonts.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it,
by emailing hexoflowz@gmail.com.
