Terms of Service
Last updated: 22 October 2026
These terms cover your use of this website (www.hexoflow.com) and the services Hexoflow provides. By using the website or working with us, you agree to them. Questions about these terms can go to hexoflowz@gmail.com.
Who we are
Hexoflow is a founder-led studio based in Lahore, Pakistan. We build AI receptionists, AI calling agents, workflow automation, AI dashboards, websites and integrations for businesses.
Using this website
- The content on this website is general information about our services. It isn’t professional, legal or financial advice.
- Examples on this website, including the example dashboard and the missed-call calculator, are illustrations. Calculator results are estimates based on the numbers you enter, not a promise of what you will earn or save.
- Please don’t try to disrupt the website, gain unauthorised access to it, or use it to send spam or harmful content.
Working with us
- Every project starts with a written scope, timeline and price. That written agreement sets out the details of the work, payment and support, and it takes priority over these terms if the two differ.
- Quotes are valid for the period stated on them.
- We build on the tools and accounts you choose. Your use of those third-party tools (for example your phone provider, calendar, CRM, OpenAI or other AI services) is also subject to their own terms and pricing.
AI agents, calls and messages
Our AI receptionists and calling agents act on your business’s behalf, so you are responsible for how they are used with your customers. In particular, you agree to:
- only have an AI agent call or text people who have given your business permission to contact them, as required by laws such as the US Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and its rules on artificial and AI-generated voices;
- tell callers when a call may be recorded, and get their agreement where the law requires it (several US states require everyone on the call to agree);
- be honest with callers that they are speaking with an automated assistant where the law requires it;
- follow the data protection and marketing laws that apply to your customers.
We’ll set up agents to support these requirements, such as a recording notice or an AI introduction, but the consent of your customers is yours to obtain.
Results
We design every system to save time and win back work, and we test it before launch. We can’t guarantee specific results, such as a number of bookings or an amount of revenue, because those depend on your business, your customers and tools outside our control.
Ownership
- The text, design, graphics and code of this website belong to Hexoflow. Please don’t copy them without permission.
- Ownership of the systems we build for you is set out in your written agreement. Third-party tools and services remain the property of their owners.
- Names such as n8n, Make, Zapier, OpenAI, Claude, HubSpot, Google Workspace and Slack are trademarks of their owners. We mention them to describe the tools we work with; it doesn’t mean they endorse us.

This website links to services such as Cal.com, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and X. We don’t control those websites and aren’t responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Hexoflow isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, arising from use of this website or our services. For any project, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for that project. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
Privacy
How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
